We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our district-level hospitals. The role involves hiring non-doctor positions, ensuring timely closures, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and partnering with hospital leadership to meet manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all non-doctor positions across assigned district hospitals.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans in coordination with hospital administrators and business heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and local recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT,
offer acceptance ratio, joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Build relationships with local institutes and training centers to create a strong talent pool.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications
