Role Responsibilities:

● Ensuring regular collection of key agricultural data, and analysis of the same.

● Helping the team in planning and conducting baseline and endline surveys,

followed by data-cleaning, data analysis and report writing.

● Compiling and analysing the MIS data that comes from the state teams.

● Helping the team in developing questionnaires and formats.

● Participating in the development of technology for better monitoring and

evaluation of the programme.

● Developing M&E; related presentations showcasing impact of the programme.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / post-graduate degree preferably in the development field, Social Sciences,

Data Science, Statistics, Agriculture or any related area.

Preferred Previous Experience:





Freshers or 1 to 2 years of work experience in the development sector handling surveys, data cleaning and data analysis.

Functional Skills:

● Proficiency in Intermediate or Advanced level of MS Excel.

● Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.

● Good analytical skills with an eye to detail.

● Valuable presentation and report-writing skills.

● Ability to read, write and speak English and Hindi is a must; working knowledge of

Marathi or Gujarati will be useful.

Other Key Requirements:

● Should be willing to travel to the field at least for 10 days a month.

● Should be a team-player and a keen learner.
