Job Role
As a Telecaller, you will speak with prospective students, understand their educational needs, explain our courses, answer their queries, and guide them toward the admission process. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students using company-provided leads.
- Explain our courses and admission process in a clear and skilled manner.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollments.
Eligibility
- Female candidates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Undergraduate, Graduate, or students can apply.
- Preferred age: 1825 years (Candidates above 25 are also welcome to apply).
- Basic communication skills in Hindi are required. Basic English is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers and the internet.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
