Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Superfan Ng (SPNG). The person in this role will respond to user inquiries via email, chat, and in-app messaging, providing clear and timely support on account access, app navigation, and general product questions. They will troubleshoot common issues, escalate technical problems to the appropriate teams, and document recurring concerns to help improve the platform. The role also involves gathering user feedback, contributing to FAQs and help resources,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions in support tools. The Customer Service Representative will collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience for learners across different regions and time zones.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in customer service and customer support, with experience handling user inquiries in a digital or app-based environment.
- Ability to foster customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality customer experience, especially with diverse, global user communities.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role, preferably in edtech, consumer apps, or online learning platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional African languages are a plus.
