About the Role

Techture Structures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled BIM Electrical I to join our growing MEP BIM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and coordinating Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP for international projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects across the US, UK, and Middle East, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality BIM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and detailed Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Prepare and model electrical systems, including:
- Lighting Systems
- Power Distribution Systems
- Cable Tray Layouts
- Earthing & Grounding Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing teams to ensure coordinated project delivery.




- Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, schedules, and BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
- Maintain model quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.
- Solid proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit MEP
- Navisworks
- BIM Coordination
- Good understanding of:
- Lighting Systems
- Power Distribution Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- ELV Systems
- Electrical Coordination Workflows
- Knowledge of NEC, IEC, or other International Electrical Standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
