Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Chennai. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.



The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and team leads to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and support workforce planning. The position also includes maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding efforts, and continuously improving hiring practices in line with Kinuit’s growth objectives.

Qualifications
