- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Verify identity and maintain proper gate pass/visitor records
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect any irregularities
- Ensure safety of company assets, property, and equipment
- Prevent unauthorized access and maintain discipline within the premises
- Check and maintain security registers (visitor log, material in/out, etc.)
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, or safety hazards
- Report incidents, suspicious activities, or violations to management
- Coordinate with internal departments during audits or inspections
