Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with experience in political campaigns and digital communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to strengthen the online presence of political leaders, campaigns, and organizations. The role requires expertise in content creation, social media marketing, audience engagement, paid campaigns, and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated digital campaigns across social media, search engines, websites, email, and messaging platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Channels.




- Create content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts.
- Engage with followers and build an active online community.

Content Creation & Copywriting
- Create compelling content including captions, blogs, speeches, press releases, videos, reels, and campaign creatives.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality digital content.
- Ensure messaging is consistent with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Paid Digital Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and cost per result.

Audience Growth & Engagement
