Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor MEP role based in Bengaluru.



The Quantity Surveyor MEP will be responsible for managing costs related to mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) works, including preparation and review of bills of quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and detailed estimates. The role involves monitoring project budgets, evaluating variations, supporting tender processes, and preparing regular cost reports and forecasts for internal and client stakeholders. The Quantity Surveyor MEP will collaborate closely with design teams, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate measurement, valuation of work, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements. The role also requires contributing to value engineering, risk identification, and supporting sustainable, cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills.
