Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
- Provide product training and education to customers on our pharmaceutical products' features, perks, and usage instructions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field (e.g., pharma selling).
- Strong understanding of pharma marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
