We're looking for a young, energetic, and confident sales executive who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for sales.
Your primary role will be to understand each client's hair or skin concerns and recommend the right products based on their needs. This is a target-based sales role, where building trust and delivering the right solution is more key than hard selling.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and interact with salon clients.
Understand clients' hair and skin concerns.
Recommend suitable beauty and haircare products.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Keep product displays clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Stay updated with product knowledge and beauty trends.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales is preferred (beauty industry experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.
Comfortable travelling daily to Model Town, Delhi.
Willing to work weekends and public holidays (weekly off on a weekday).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Model Town, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
