is seeking an
Officer – Student Services & Engagement
to deliver high-quality student support services and engagement initiatives that enhance the overall student experience, retention, and success. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a supportive, inclusive and responsive student environment, ensuring students are effectively guided throughout their academic journey

Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline student support and guidance.
- Coordinate student engagement events and initiatives.
- Support student wellbeing and referral processes.
- Assist with student lifecycle activities, including induction and progression.
- Maintain accurate student records and systems.
- Collaborate with academic and professional service teams.
- Support student communications and engagement reporting.
- Plan and deliver orientation, transition, and co-curricular programmes.




- Monitor student engagement and contribute to student retention initiatives.

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification (or relevant experience).
- Experience in student services, customer service, or a student-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage enquiries, resolve issues, and work collaboratively.
- Experience in a higher education environment and familiarity with student systems/CRM platforms is desirable.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.
