About the Role

We are looking for a talented
Healthcare Data Analyst / BI Developer
with robust expertise in
SQL, Python, and Power BI
. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare datasets, building interactive dashboards, performing data analysis, and delivering actionable insights to support business and clinical decision-making.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, healthcare teams,



and data engineers to transform complex healthcare data into meaningful reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using
Power BI
.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analytics.
- Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements.
- Create and maintain data models and reporting documentation.
- Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards.
