Sr ABM Strategy & Activation Specialist
Senior Individual Contributor

Role Purpose
Mavlers is building a full-service B2B Demand Generation capability for global agencies and B2B brands. We are hiring a senior, hands-on ABM practitioner who can independently understand client growth challenges, develop ABM proposals, define the scope of work, design the strategy, execute programmes and own delivery outcomes. This is an individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery to understand business goals, ICPs, sales cycles,
pipeline gaps and ABM readiness.
- Independently develop the ABM solution, deliverables, effort assumptions and measurement framework, working with the Practice Director or commercial owner to finalise pricing and contractual scope.
- Define explicit scopes of work, dependencies, assumptions, responsibilities and success metrics.
- Design and execute 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programmes.
- Build target-account selection, segmentation, prioritisation and tiering frameworks.
- Research target accounts, buying committees, business priorities, intent signals and engagement triggers.
- Develop account-specific value propositions, messaging, content requirements and activation plans.
- Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, content, email, outbound, events, website personalisation and sales plays.
- Configure and operate ABM, intent-data, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Work directly with client marketing, sales, RevOps
