Core Responsibilities

1. Client Ownership & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all clients (private + government)
- Build robust working relationships with stakeholders
- Handle escalations, expectations, and communication proactively
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and status updates

2. Requirement Understanding & Structuring
- Gather requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
- Convert raw inputs into structured problem statements
- Work closely with BA to finalize BRDs, user stories, and scope
- Ensure clarity before development starts (no ambiguous handoffs)

3. Product Value & Customer Success
- Ensure clients are actively using and benefiting from the LMS
- Drive:
- Feature adoption
- User onboarding
- Training sessions
- Identify gaps between:
What client bought” vs “What client is using”
- Suggest improvements based on usage and feedback

4. Delivery Coordination (Without Owning Delivery)
- Work with Delivery Owner to:
- Align priorities
- Communicate timelines to clients




- Ensure commitments made to clients are realistic and tracked

5. Internal Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as bridge between:
- Clients
- Delivery Manager / Stake holders
- BA / Delivery / Dev team
- Leadership
- Gather and align internal requirements and priorities
- Ensure nothing gets lost between discussions and execution

6. Account Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities for:
- Upsell / cross-sell
- Additional modules / features
- Ensure high client retention and satisfaction
- Maintain long-term engagement

Success Metrics (How Performance is Measured)
- Client satisfaction score (CSAT / feedback)
- Requirement clarity (rework reduction, fewer dev queries)
- Feature adoption rate (usage of LMS modules)
- On-time delivery alignment (commitment vs actual)
- Client retention & expansion
- Reduction in escalations / miscommunication
