Role Description
The Quality Control role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves inspecting raw materials and finished products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that all items meet defined quality standards and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting visual and dimensional checks, documenting test results, identifying defects or non-conformities, and coordinating with production teams to implement corrective actions. The Quality Control professional will also support compliance with internal procedures and relevant manufacturing guidelines,



maintain quality records, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to systematically monitor, test, and validate product quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to maintain standards, review processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure adherence to safe, compliant, and consistent production methods.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments, preferably with metal or sheet metal products.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, engineering, and management teams.
