We are looking for an experienced
Camtasia Video Developer
to join our team for a long-term eLearning project. This role is exclusively for professionals with
hands-on Camtasia experience
who can independently create storyboards and produce high-quality instructional videos.

Important Disclaimer (Please read before applying)

Do not apply if you do not have professional experience using Camtasia.

This project is built entirely around Camtasia workflows. Experience with other video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, etc.)
does not qualify
unless you also have substantial, hands-on experience creating videos in Camtasia.

Applications without demonstrated Camtasia experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do
- Create detailed storyboards based on SME (Subject Matter Expert) content.
- Develop polished eLearning videos using
Camtasia
.
- Add animations, callouts, zooms, highlights, transitions, and other visual elements to improve learner engagement.




- Ensure videos are professionally edited and aligned with project standards.
- Meet a target delivery of
approximately 1 hour of finished training content per week
.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven qualified experience using Camtasia
(mandatory).
- Experience creating instructional, training, or eLearning videos.
- Ability to independently convert written content into effective visual storyboards.
- Strong understanding of instructional flow and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelines.
- Strong written and spoken English skills to understand technical and business concepts accurately.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Compensation
- Payment will be based on the
duration of the completed video assignment
(finished video hours), with rates discussed during the hiring process.
