Role & responsibilities

Handle end -to-end recruitment for porudction, quality, merchandising, stores, maintenance, PPc, and administration departments.

Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals and campus interview.

Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.

Monitor contract labour attendance and compliance.

Support shop-floor HR activities.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Payroll & Attendance.

Statutory compliance.

Training & Development.

Audit & Certification support
