As the
Officer in Charge – Innovation Cell
, you will be the chief architect of our healthcare innovation ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge the gap between clinical needs, technological advancements,



and academic research. Your primary mandate will be to drive MedTech/HealthTech start-ups from concept to commercialisation while embedding a robust entrepreneurial culture across health sciences institutions in Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Building & Partnerships:
Establish and scale strategic collaborations with hospitals, corporate health sectors, venture capitalists, regulatory bodies, and global research institutions.
- Global Ecosystem Representation:
Represent the organisation at national and international forums, conferences, and exhibitions to attract key innovation partners and funding.
- Product & Clinical Validation:
Partner closely with our internal Clinical Trials Unit to guide early-stage start-ups through multi-phase clinical validation, proof-of-concept testing, and IP creation.
