Role Description
The Manager Brand Partnerships and Alliances role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.



This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic brand partnerships and alliances that align with NoBrokerHood’s growth objectives and add value to communities on the platform. The manager will research potential partners, craft partnership proposals, lead negotiations, and oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns and joint initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining partner relationships, coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) for seamless implementation, tracking performance against agreed metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership. The role also involves exploring new revenue opportunities, ensuring brand consistency across collaborations, and staying informed about industry trends in prop-tech, community management, and digital marketplaces.
