Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for complete store operations, inventory control, material planning, team supervision, stock accuracy, and coordination with all departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store operations including inward, outward, stock, and inventory.
- Supervise store team and ensure proper material handling.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure correct GRN, material issue, challan, and stock entries.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with purchase for material shortage and planning.
- Coordinate with dispatch and production for timely material availability.
- Control wastage, damage, excess stock, and dead stock.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management.





Required Skills
- Strong store and inventory management knowledge.
- Leadership and team handling ability.
- Good system, Excel, and documentation skills.
- Solid discipline in stock accuracy.

Experience

4 to 7 years in store management, inventory control, manufacturing, electrical, or engineering industry.
