Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding and maintain HR documentation.

• Update employee records, attendance, and recruitment trackers.

• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility

• MBA (HR), BBA, BMS,
B.Com
, Psychology, or related field.

• Final-year students and fresh graduates can apply.

• Good communication skills and basic MS Office knowledge.
