We are looking for a Fresher/Experienced professional and empathetic Student Counselor to
guide students in their academic and career journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent
communication skills, a student-first mindset, And the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Counsel students on career opportunities, courses, and skill development programs.
2.Understand students' aspirations and recommend suitable learning paths.
3.Guide students through the enrollment process and provide continuous support.
4.Follow up with students and parents to ensure a positive experience.
5.Maintain accurate student records and counseling reports.
6.Collaborate with internal teams to improve student success.
Requirements:
- Any Degree.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Robust persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
- Fresher/Experience in counseling, admissions, EdTech is preferred
