Job Description
- Full Stack Development Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Build scalable REST APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and productive code following best practices.
- Backend & Database Development Develop backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize SQL database queries.
- Debug and resolve application issues while improving performance.
- Cloud & Deployment Learn and work with AWS services including EC2, S3, and IAM.
- Understand deployment processes and cloud-based application architecture.
- Collaboration & Learning
- Collaborate with experienced engineers through Git and GitHub.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Contribute to the development of Bondsmart, our online bond trading platform.

Skills And Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of React.js and Node.js.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.

- Good communication and teamwork.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.

Experience Background
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- Experience with personal, academic, or open-source projects is preferred.
- Passion for learning new technologies and building real-world applications.

Educational Qualification
- E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields).
- Final-year or pre-final-year students are preferred.
- Strong academic record and programming aptitude preferred.
