Role Description
The testing and commissioning engineer role at ARROWATT Engineering is a full-time, on-site position. The trainee will support senior engineers in the erection, testing, and commissioning of medium voltage GIS and AIS panels, including assisting with installation, alignment, and functional testing of equipment.



The role involves learning and applying relevant standards and guidelines, coordinating with technicians and project teams, and participating in progress reviews. The trainee is expected to be proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a dynamic project setting.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in electrical or power engineering principles, with interest in medium voltage systems and substation equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment manuals, and to prepare basic engineering documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assist in testing, fault-finding, and commissioning activities under supervision.
- Awareness of industrial safety practices, willingness to follow site protocols, and readiness to work in field conditions at project locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
