Responsibilities
- Drive the appointment, onboarding, and development of Super Stockists and Rural Sub-Stockists across Tamil Nadu.
- Expand the distribution network by identifying uncovered towns, white-space opportunities, and high-potential rural markets.
- Increase numeric distribution, retail outlet coverage, and product availability across assigned territories.
- Monitor the performance, productivity, and operational efficiency of Super Stockists and Rural Sub-Stockists.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor Permanent Journey Plans (PJP) to ensure effective market coverage and execution.
- Collaborate closely with Regional GTM, Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Regional General Officers,



and cross-functional teams to execute distribution strategies.

Requirements
- 7-15 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage, Food Processing, Dairy, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Chennai market, including urban and rural trade.
- Strong understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM), market mapping, and rural business development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting, town mapping, and business analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai.
