KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure smooth co-ordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Improve patient flow, admission, discharge, and billing processes.
- Optimize bed occupancy and resource utilization.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Build relationships with referring doctors and corporates.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase patient volume.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
- Bed occupancy rate
- Average length of stay
- Patient satisfaction score
- OPD & IPD growth
- NABH compliance score
- Staff retention
- Infection control indicators
- Turnaround time for patient services
- Revenue growth
- Reduction in operational costs

MEASURABLE TARGETS
- Increase OPD by 20% in 12 months.
- Maintain NABH compliance above 95%.
- Achieve bed occupancy of 7080%.
- Reduce patient complaints by 30%.




- Improve referral conversion and departmental efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA – Hospital Administration / MHA.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences preferred.

EXPERIENCE
- 8–15 years of hospital operations experience.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals is mandatory.
- Experience with PMJAY / CGHS insurance processes is preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Solid leadership and people management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare regulations.
- Financial & operational planning.
- Data-driven decision making.
