About Native Growth

We're a performance marketing and content agency in Hyderabad running end-to-end campaigns — strategy, creative direction, paid media, and reporting — for clients in India and abroad. We're small, fast, and allergic to mediocre work.

The Role

This is a rare setup: you'll work directly with the founder from day one, learning every part of how an agency actually runs — creative, paid ads, content, client management — and gradually take ownership of coordinating it all.

We're not hiring for what you already know. We're hiring for how fast you learn, how much you care about quality, and whether you have the instincts to eventually run the show. Within 12–18 months, the goal is for you to be leading delivery across all our accounts.

What You'll Do

Learn the whole machine.
Shadow every function — Meta and Google Ads, content, design, client calls — until you understand how the pieces connect.

Keep projects moving.
Track deadlines across client accounts, follow up with the team,



flag anything at risk before it becomes a fire.

Develop your eye.
Review creatives alongside the founder, learn to spot the difference between "fine" and "excellent," and start giving feedback that makes work better.

Own communication.
Turn client requests into clear briefs. Keep everyone — client and team — on the same page.

Grow into leadership.
As you prove yourself, you'll take on more: running reviews, managing timelines independently, and eventually leading the team.

Who You Are
- 0–2 years of experience — freshers welcome. Marketing/design/media background is a plus, not a requirement
- Genuinely obsessed with the digital marketing world: you follow brands, notice ads, and have opinions about why some content works
- Naturally organized — the friend who plans the trip, remembers the details, and follows up
- A strong aesthetic sense, even if untrained. Show us anything: an Instagram page you run,
