Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective learners and institutional partners, presenting Tribe Academy’s programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting follow-up calls and meetings, delivering sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking tools.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market needs, attending events or outreach activities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships, provide responsive support, and represent Tribe Academy professionally in all external interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners, parents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and explain education programs related to Finance, Web3, Start-ups, and Creator-focused tracks.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for tracking leads and reporting.
