Job Overview:

In this role, candidates are responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate and up-to date records, and ensuring timely updates of supply chain data within ERP systems. They support vendor

coordination, oversee shipment tracking, and address routine supply chain issues efficiently. A high level of attention to detail, robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, sound knowledge of inventory management, and effective communication skills are critical for achieving operational excellence in SCM functions

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analysis of Inventory throughout all global locations of CTA and Reports that document inventory

counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data




- Monitor the book inventory and distribution status reports, searching for anomalies and

correcting errors as they are discovered
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret inventory/analysis reports stocks accuracy
- Manage and monitor inventory levels across plants, warehouses/distribution centres to ensure

optimal stock availability.
- Maintain and update inventory records in ERP systems etc
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Internal departments to maintain optimal stock,

avoiding shortages and overstocking.
- Plan and manage material requirements based on production schedules and demand forecasts

to ensure uninterrupted production.

Skills Required: -
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Advance Excel-pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, data analysis) and power BI
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Good communication Skills
- Strong verbal &written; communication skills and proficient in English
