FyneHand is mandated to hire for the role of Head - Quality Management. The role will be based in Mumbai

Our client, a leading real estate developer with over four decades of experience across residential, commercial, IT, industrial & infrastructure projects, is looking for a Head - Quality Management to be based in Mumbai.

Role overview:

The role will be responsible for leading the quality function across high-end residential projects with strong focus on finishing excellence, interior detailing, and final delivery standards. The role requires deep expertise in premium finishes, interior design coordination, end-to-end execution quality control, and complete handover cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and establish end-to-end QA/QC systems across projects
- Drive finishing quality standards for high-end residential developments
- Oversee quality control of premium finishes including stone, marble, wood, veneer, metal, glass, paint, and bespoke interior elements
- Ensure alignment between design intent (Architecture / ID) and site execution




- Monitor quality of interior works, façade finishes, and final detailing
- Implement stage-wise inspection protocols from structure to final finishes
- Lead snagging, de-snagging, and pre-handover inspections
- Manage complete handover cycle including final quality audits and closure of punch points
- Build and lead a solid quality team across projects
- Work closely with execution, design, and finishing teams to eliminate rework
- Develop checklists, SOPs, mock-up approvals, and quality benchmarks
- Ensure vendor and contractor quality compliance
- Conduct regular audits and management quality reviews
- Drive continuous improvement in workmanship and finishing standards
