We are looking for a high-impact
Growth Marketing Leader
to drive end-to-end user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will own key growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, leveraging performance marketing, CRM, SEO, partnerships, and data-driven experimentation to scale user growth. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close collaboration with Product, Content, Analytics, and Category teams to optimize user journeys and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities -

Growth Strategy & Funnel Optimization
- Own the end-to-end user growth funnel—from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple acquisition channels, including paid marketing, SEO, partnerships, affiliates, and referrals.
- Continuously analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Identify current growth opportunities across products, categories, and customer segments.

Performance Marketing




- Lead digital acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms with a strong focus on ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and scale successful initiatives.

Lifecycle & CRM Marketing
- Design and optimize customer lifecycle journeys across Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Build personalized engagement and retention campaigns using CRM automation platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar tools.
- Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation through behavioral segmentation and automation.

Organic Growth & Content
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic traffic growth.
