We are a premier organization in the Civil Engineering and Construction sector, widely recognized for our expertise in structural repairs, rehabilitation, and specialized waterproofing works. We are currently hiring for three key positions:

1. POSITION: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
--------------------------------------------------
* Experience: 8–10 years specifically in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofing.
* Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (PMP certification is an advantage).
* Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent structural repair and waterproofing projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and labor teams.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
- Track budgets, timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
* Travel:
High willingness to travel across PAN-India project sites as needed.

2. POSITION: TENDER EXECUTIVE

* Experience: 1–2 years preferred (ideally in Construction/Waterproofing/Contracting industries).
* Education: Graduate in any discipline.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and online tendering procedures.
* Core Responsibilities:
- Source and identify relevant tenders across government and private portals.
- Prepare detailed tender documents, BOQs, commercial quotations, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing and ensure timely online/offline submissions.
- Track active tenders, EMDs, and follow up on tender statuses.
