Role Description
The Senior Relationship Manager (Retail Vertical) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of retail clients by understanding their financial goals, recommending appropriate investment products, and providing ongoing support. The Senior Relationship Manager will conduct regular client meetings, handle queries,



and ensure timely execution of transactions across equity, mutual funds, and other retail financial offerings. Responsibilities include monitoring client accounts, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The role also requires maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, preparing periodic reports, and contributing to business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with retail investors.
- Solid knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management concepts, including equities, mutual funds, and related instruments.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and tailor recommendations to client needs
