Role & responsibilities
- Maintain Material Master data (Purchased, Factory Made, Sub-Contract, Maintenance Parts, ).
- Prepare product costing for factory-made, imported, and subcontracted parts.
- Calculate transfer rates and Tool Room work order rates.
- Perform monthly and annual physical inventory verification.
- Prepare and submit statutory and management reports .
- Develop and analyze cost standards, monitor production costs, and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain costing records, documentation, and filing as per company policies.
Qualification & Experience:
- CMA/ICWA (Qualified) preferred.
- Min 5 years of experience in Costing, MIS, or Manufacturing Finance, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel.
- Robust analytical, costing, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
