We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist with 8–12 years of experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Cloud-based AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, GCP, and statistical modeling, with experience building scalable ML solutions. Exposure to Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering is expected, while knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and AI agent development will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills and be able to deliver end-to-end AI and data science solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and statistical models for predictive analytics.
- Build scalable data pipelines and ML solutions using Python, PySpark, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model validation, and model performance monitoring.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and optimize end-to-end ML workflows for production environments.
- Explore and implement basic Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases to enhance business processes and developer productivity.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery and cloud-based data processing.
- Robust understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
