Responsibilities:
- Interact with the US health insurance companies (Insurance Customer Care/Nurses).
- Quality of Notation, Ability to read clinical documentation and data enter for payer requirements.
- Candidate must be comfortable working for voice Process.
- Should be flexible to be moved across the processes assigned by the Manager (Cater to ongoing process requirements).
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Post Graduate Freshers in Pharmacy only are eligible for the interview.
- Associates pursuing Regular Graduation/Post Graduation, Result awaited candidates are not eligible for the interview.
- Comfortable working form office
- Graduates before 2023 passouts aren't eligible for the interview.
