About the Role The role is for an Intercompany Senior Analyst within the Global Intercompany Hub, supporting finance/accounting operations with a focus on intercompany processes. The position acts as a process specialist, providing expertise in systems, business models, and intercompany workflows, and supports the organization’s broader transformation and centralization agenda in finance and procurement. The role is based in Pune, India, and requires close collaboration with various teams. Success in this role involves ensuring accurate intercompany transactions and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accurate recording of intercompany transactions.




- Oversee settlement activities, transaction matching, and posting.
- Perform reconciliations and resolve imbalances/issues.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare invoices, journal entries, and reports.
- Investigate and resolve complex intercompany issues and disputes.
- Work closely with business teams, country teams, HR, and tax teams.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with group policies and controls.
- Identify and drive process/system improvement opportunities.
- Support digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Train and coach team members; create training materials and user guides.
