Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven PMO skilled to support finance-led strategic and transformation initiatives across the Process Automation sector. This role will drive projects focused on financial performance improvement, margin enhancement, cost optimization, working capital, and financial process efficiency.

As part of the sector PMO team, the role will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to drive structured execution of finance-related initiatives and ensure measurable business impact. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with PMO discipline, drives accountability, and ensures data-driven decision-making and execution rigor.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management
- Translate finance and business strategies into structured execution roadmaps
- Manage and track finance transformation projects (e.g., process improvement, margin improvement, pricing optimization, cost programs)
- Develop project charters, timelines, risk logs,



and governance structures aligned to PMO standards
- Ensure execution discipline, milestone tracking, and proactive issue escalation
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives impacting financial outcomes
- Support standardization of finance project governance and reporting frameworks
- Establish cadence for financial program reviews and tracking mechanisms
- Improve templates, reporting formats, and consistency across finance initiatives
- Promote disciplined execution and adoption of PMO best practices

Digital & AI lead Finance Transformation & Performance Improvement
- Support initiatives to improve gross margin, finance discipline, processes and profitability across BUs and verticals
- Drive cost optimization programs, including procurement savings, overhead reduction, and efficiency initiatives
- Derive & deliver AI solutions & use-cases to drive productivity gains
- Support working capital improvement initiativ
