Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Bhemavaram. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients in the Bhemavaram region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify client needs and proactively recommend suitable financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial situation and adjust strategies as needed.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for various financial products.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and present reports on client portfolios and sales performance.




- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless client service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
- Strong understanding of various financial products and services (e.g., retail banking, wealth management, lending).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish robust client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales and business development acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in local languages (Telugu) is highly preferred.
