Ritz Fashion Trendz is looking for a confident, energetic, and fashion-focused Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers and provide excellent sales and styling support

Must have good knowledge of fashion, clothing, and current trends

Handle customer inquiries and reply to social media messages professionally

Follow up with online clients and help convert inquiries into sales

Confidently present and explain products on camera

Help with social media content and product promotions

Maintain positive relationships with customers

Work toward sales and business growth goals

Requirements:

Fashion or clothing background preferred





Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali and customer service skills .

Comfortable making product video calls

Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Sales-focused, responsible, and energetic

Must be creative and understand fashion trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
