Job Description:
- We're looking for a Warehouse Shift Incharge to manage Operations for Warehouses in Kundli, Sonipat.

You must be based in NCR or Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers pan-India, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
- Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
- Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
- Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.
- Forecast manpower requirements and build staffing models across all warehouse functions based on order volumes, SKU mix, and peak demand.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
