Technical Lead – Planisware

Job Purpose

Technical Lead Planisware works under the guidance of Practice Lead Planisware

Lead the implementation and enhancement of
Planisware solutions for global Pharma and Life Sciences organizations
, ensuring alignment with R&D;, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial portfolio management processes.
Prior experience working with Pharma/Life Sciences clients is mandatory.

Qualification

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline is required (a master's degree is desirable).

Responsibilities

•
Work closely with Pharma business stakeholders
across R&D;, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and PMO teams to implement Planisware solutions aligned with business processes.

• Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget, timeline, and quality parameters.

• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set project milestones and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress,



identify risks and issues, and implement necessary mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with the Practice Lead -Planisware to ensure alignment with overall project objectives and client expectations.

• Lead and manage projects involving the implementation and upgrades of Planisware, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Provide technical expertise in Planisware, including OPX2 scripting, query and dashboard creation/modification, and workflow management.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Unix, SQL, Java scripting, and HTML to support Planisware customization and integration requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, proposing solutions and driving the implementation of Planisware functionalities.

• Work on the integration of PPM systems with analytics platforms like Spotfire and Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
