Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a energetic Field Sales Officer to drive sales growth by meeting customers on-site, generating leads, and closing deals. The role requires regular field visits and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to acquire new customers
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities in the market
- Submit daily activity and sales reports
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 6 month to 1 years of field sales experience
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Willingness to travel within Belagavi and nearby areas
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills
