What You'll Do
- Lead the complete operations of the centre with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Build and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for members, guests, and business partners.
- Ensure world-class standards in facilities, safety, housekeeping, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of experience in operations within coworking, hospitality, commercial real estate, facility management, or premium service industries.
- A proven leader with excellent stakeholder management and people development skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A skilled who believes that operational excellence is built on attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
