Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, address queries, and ensure a seamless post-sales experience. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of concerns while identifying opportunities for upselling and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional after-sales support
- Ensure smooth onboarding and a positive experience for current clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries,
concerns, and escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Regularly interact with clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data in CRM systems
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs for clients
- Ensure correct data entry of client agreements to avoid billing discrepancies
- Identify potential business opportunities through client referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in telematics/logistics/SaaS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ab
