Role Overview

As the
Luxury Villa Operations & Guest Relations Executive
, you will be responsible for the complete day-to-day management of our luxury villa operations.

This role combines
hospitality, sales, marketing, guest relations, revenue generation, booking management, property operations, and business development
to ensure guests enjoy a world-class experience while maximizing occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Hospitality
- Welcome and assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Deliver a luxury hospitality experience similar to premium hotels and resorts.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
- Maintain excellent ratings across booking platforms.

Booking & Revenue Management
- Manage villa reservations and booking calendars.
