Job Role
This is a front-end, student-facing role where you will interact with students, parents, and faculty members while ensuring smooth academic coordination at the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students and parents at the center.
- Coordinate with students, parents, and faculty regarding classes and schedules.
- Handle student queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain attendance, student records, and academic data in Google Sheets/ERP.
- Manage WhatsApp groups and communicate important updates.
- Support day-to-day center operations and student engagement activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and positive customer service skills.
Working Days & Timings
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday.
- Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off between Monday and Friday.
- Shift Timings: Flexible shifts – 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, depending on business requirements.
