Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Food and Beverage Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Food and Beverage Specialist will manage day-to-day service operations, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests receive attentive and courteous service throughout their visit. Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in dining areas, and monitoring stock levels for food and beverage items.



The role involves handling guest inquiries and feedback, following food safety and hygiene guidelines, and supporting the implementation of promotions or special events. The specialist will work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver a seamless dining experience and meet business targets.

Qualifications
- Strong food service and food & beverage knowledge, with the ability to support menu understanding and product recommendations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on courteous, clear, and professional interactions.
- Foundational culinary skills and an understanding of basic food preparation and presentation standards.
- Attention to detail in hygiene, safety, and cleanliness, following established food safety regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time schedule, including weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
