We’re a founder-led team that builds and ships AI products. We work across two sides:
AI engineering for enterprise clients
(production AI systems - automation, chatbots, prediction models, full-stack platforms) and
our own AI software products
built for specific industries.

Both sides need the same thing: a steady flow of the right conversations with the right people. That’s this job.

We’re building our outbound function and want 2–3 people to run it with us.

Business Development Associate

You’ll work across our different products and services. Some campaigns target enterprise tech leaders; others target owners of small businesses in a specific industry. The core work stays the same either way.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outbound sending (the core job)




- Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages
from your own LinkedIn account
- Send outbound emails through our tool (Instantly). Full training given.
You do not write the messages.
- We generate a personalised message for every prospect. Your job is to send them accurately, to the right person, on schedule.
- Hit a daily target (roughly 20 LinkedIn touches/day) without missing or duplicating anyone.

2. Building and cleaning the prospect lists
- Pull prospect lists from Apollo and Apify (tools we provide, training given).
- Clean the data: remove duplicates, fix broken rows, verify emails, drop bad-fit companies, correct job titles and company names.
- Research and verify prospects
manually where the tools get it wrong.
- Keep the master spreadsheet accurate and current.

3. Tracking and follow-up discipline
- Log every single touch:
who was messaged, when, on which channel, what happened.
- Track who accepted, who replied, w
